Position a oil catching container under a switch then only loosen the flange bolts on the lower flange adjacent to chamber allowing the oil to drain out slowly. Prepare a hot water bath in a deep fryer unit. Use two glass thermometers capable of reading between 60 and 160?F. Setup at location and heat water to about 120?F. ____2. Remove capillary tube from well and immerse in the water bath. ____3. Raise the temperature of the bath keeping it mixed. Record the temperature at which the switch #293 activates.______?F and #294_____?F. See fault light panel #202 for indication. ____4. Operating range is 150?F + or ? 1? If the temperature difference exceeds this range, adjust thermostat and record final reading #293 ______?F and #294______?F. ____5. Remove capillary from bath.
