Turn off or close:

	. Close GV3

	. ratiomatics

	. IGT

	. IGP2

	. All diagnostic gatevalves
		. TS
		. TCI
		. PCI
		. ?

	. Close GV1
		. open sv3
		. close sv4 to 200 clicks

	. Close all shutters except
		. a-port wide angle view

If IGP1 is below 1.e-6 Torr open the RGA gatevalve and turn
on RGA

Fill b-top helium --- leave connection to bottle open
	as we do with ECDC
