Alcator C-Mod Sump Manned Entry Procedure

This procedure covers work in the Alcator C-Mod sump that requires manned 
access. The following steps must be completed before any person enters the sump: 

1) a confined space form must be filled out and signed by the supervisor before 
work can proceed;
2) the cryostat, LN2 feedline, and coil GN2 purge lines must all be closed and 
locked out;
3) a 6" vent line should be used to supply air from a blower to the bottom of 
the sump;
4) the sump should not be entered until the oxygen detector shows allowable 
levels in the sump
