Conference Rooms

• The PSFC is using google apps for education to support calendars for shared resources. There are currently two calendars implemented. One for the Alcator C-Mod Run Schedule, and one to schedule the NW17-132 conference room. These links will display read only views of the calendars. In order to schedule the conference room visit your personal psfc calendar as described below.
• In order to view these calendars you must be signed in to the g-apps.psfc.mit.edu domain.
• • When prompted by https://sso.psfc.mit.edu/ for a username and password, enter your PSFC login credentials.
  • After you authenticate for the first time, you get a screen which asks you to accept new account.
  • Note that: THIS IS DIFFERENT AND SEPARATE FROM YOUR OTHER GOOGLE ACCOUNTS (if you have any). You can use the sign-in / sign-out links at the upper right of most google pages to control which account you are currently accessing.
• If you would like to schedule the NW17-132 small conference room visit your personal psfc calendar create an event, there is a link 'Rooms, etc.' on the right side of edit event page. Click this and schedule the room. It can show you all rooms, or only available rooms.
• • If you would like to subscribe to this calendar:
  • Display the your PSFC calendar as described above.
  • On the right, click the down arrow next to Other calendars, and choose 'Browse Interesting Calendars'
  • Click the More tab (near top)
  • Click Resources for g-apps.psfc.mit.edu Find the resource NW17-132 and click Subscribe.
