Alcator C-Mod
Remote Access to Weekly Staff Meeting
The Alcator C-Mod weekly staff meetings are being broadcast for remote participation. Offsite collaborators and other interested parties can receive the slides presented, an MP3 audio stream or RealVideo® video stream of the meeting. Two way channels are available over ISDN video conference, and audio only over telephone.

Connecting to the meeting
The slides for the meeting are presented using meetingplace®. (The software is Java based.) Browse here and click on the 'Attend a meeting' button at the top of the page. Login as 'Guest' and provide your name in the box provided. Enter the meeting ID number which can be found below, and click on 'join web conference'. |

| Telephone Audio | Telephone connections to the meeting are provided using the ESnet audio bridge at LBNL in Berkeley CA. This communication is two way! Be sure to mute your telephone when you are not actually speaking. See below for connection information. |
| ISDN Video | ISDN based video connections to the meeting are provided using the ESnet video bridge. The facilities to do this must be reserved in advance. Contact Josh Stillerman at PSFC if you are interested in participating in the meetings using this technology. |
