Start flipping - It is garbling the data when I do a flip.
Seems to be a PCS bug, possibly IDL5.2, but not obviously.
Some traces seem ok, others lose points and/or get mangled.

Josh contacted - he''s doing some sort of demo right now.

PCS / IDL bug is not completely fixed; I need to set at least one why
value to 0.0 to keep it from failing.

Note: Josh determined that there is a bug in IDL v5.2 which causes it
to recognize a value "-0." and turn it into garbage on conversion to/from
vaxfloat. He has installed a workaround. This could be a real pain!

Zero out the other three panels.
Build all

Save as cmod$root:[hybrid.pcs] 1000321999 - Bomb! it fails on the 10-digit number
save as pcs$wolfe 999 instead.

Looks ok.
Load the coll test shot.
Take test shot #3: looks ok, except for crosstalk on the pulsed gas lines
at the 1V level (out of 100V fs).

I think we are ready for testing. Note that a satisfactory plasma start shot
is now in pcs_002

OK, 150kA, fizzle detector didn''''t take it out until 1sec?
Fizzle detector didn''''t fire at all. It was working up until shot#23,
when it started getting flakey, was delayed on #24, and
didn''''t go at all on #25.
It seems to have something to do with the tf tests?

There is a large negative offset (~.12V) on the rogowski signal at
the hybrid. This is apparently enough so that the tf pickup (~30mV)
pushes it past the threshold. We need to tweak this up.

Can do this either at the iso-amp in the cell or at the fizzle board
in the interface room. Need schematics to see what pot to adjust
either way.

looks like it did it, although the reverse waveform is a little ragged.
It looks like it overshoots during crossover, then rings a bit.
Probably doing the expected thing. Note: the digitized hybrid signal at
the supply seems to be missing.
