ECDC in D2 at 2.e-4 Torr overnight prior to run.

XMTR 2,3 and 4 in run-on by 8:00 AM
XMTR 1 main power on ONLY

15 minutes of additional ECDC before the first shot

May start with some EFC tests in the morning

Gas setup:

fill B-top with 6 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled (PG4)
fill B-side lower with 1 psi of Ar Hybrid enabled (PG1)
fill B-side upper with 30 psi of D2 Hybrid DISABLED (PG2)
fill C-side with 30 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled (PG3)
fill J-bottom with 30 psi of He Hybrid DISABLED (PG5)

Enable the following gate valves: ECE, DNB, VUV

Run starts at 09:00 and ends at 17:00.

Objectives:

1. Investigate J-port power handling.

2. Investigate antenna operation compatibility.

3. Begin characterizing the J-port antenna.

DI1-DI3 is now PPPL_09 was PPPL_25
DV2-DV4 is now SN_11 was PPPL_09

Removed 20 dB from JV1 and JV3

Added 20 dB to DV2 and DV4

Run Summary

The perfect anti-correlation between the machine and the RF operation
continued. After 12 discharges, the EFC supply misbehaved and the
power group spent the rest of the day troubleshooting. Before the
early termination, J-port was excersized up to 2.5 MW (next try was to
be 3.0 MW) and were making good progress after struggling earlier
(001-007). D-port was brought back online and was operated up to ~1.2
MW.

Run started OK, with nice plasma at the first attempt. First two shots were EFC tests. We had
some mild startup problems throughout which were never really resolved. If fields and gas were
changed to get nice current rise then we had late breakdown and eventually a fizzle. Adjusting
fields for earlier breakdown lead to bad hesitation in current rise at .015 s.
The density feedback was on visible bremstrahlung since TCI was not very reliable.
The best achieved startup was on shot 7.
On shot 12 we had a computer problem and most of the shot data were lost. Then the problem with EFC supply was
discovered.
