Summary:

Plasma performance changed during the run. Discharges went into
H-mode at low RF power levels in the early discharges (see 009 and
010). Later in the day, Pth was ~1.8 MW. The radiation according to
both the twopi_diode and twopi_foil were about the same. The target
densities and plasma current were the same. The only shape change was
the lower triangularity was lowered from 0.6 for discharges before
1020924021 and <0.5 for the later discharges. The H/H+D rose from 3%
early in the day to 6-8% by the end of the day. The D and E antennas
had difficulty operating at high power when overlapped late the day
026-032. Analysis of the unfiltered DC1 power did reveal any
particular insight into the suspected interaction.

Summary:

Run started with a series of test shots. The first three plasma attempts (shots 6,7,8) resulted in duds.
Doing ECDC between shots and moving sparker breakdown 200 ms earlier helped, and the following run was
an endless and rather fruitless battle with fizzles. None of the field tweaks produced a desirable result.
When RF was ramped up to 2 MW a series of disruptions followed. It was suspected that the broken
tile in the divertor was causing the disruptions and we tryed to move the strike point farther out
to avoid hitting the tile. It seemed to work - we had no disruptions after shot 22 when we moved lower
triangularity to 0.5.
