Got the signal this time. The camac shows the hybrid demand
clipped at 1.4V, but Bill saw 2.8 at his scope. There is a
mysterious factor of 2 somewhere. The hybrid did put out
5V, so it is clipping against the 2000A PLC setting.

The gate signal is still cutting off at 0 sec, with a funny
step at .2sec.
