ECDC in D2 overnight prior to run. 60C bake

Run starts at 9:00AM

Power systems as on 1030507019, except we will not be using the C coils

Gas setup:
fill B-top with 6 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled (PG4)
fill B-side lower with 1 psi of Ar Hybrid enabled (PG1)
fill B-side upper with 10 psi of D2 Hybrid DISABLED (PG2)
fill C-side with 30 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled (PG3)

ICRF: Check with the session leader for transmitter setup

Enable the ECE, VUV and DNB gate-valves, assuming no vacuum problems.

nearly monopole phase and some heating was observed.

No DVR or FPA anode voltage - motorized switch was open.
Potential problem if the switch is opening due to noise on the relay coil.

Found the maximium units for J3 Stub tuner is only at 816 according to
the PLC. However, the 'hard' limits returns to the normal number after
we ran the stun up and down to the limits.

As a result, the DC2 and stub fudges obtained from previous runs were
incorrect, because the position of the stub tuner was incorrect.

Summary:

E port ran up to 1.4 MW. J port was getting better at about 1 MW level.

Found J3 stub tuner PLC reported incorrect position. After running
up-down to its limits, the problem went away.

D port did not run with the concern on the problem with power level
control. (see 1030502 entries).

The RF-run stopped early due to engineering power system problem.

Results:

For all but the first 2 plasma shots, we ran upper single-null discharges, to keep the plasma out of H-Mode.

The RF got some conditioning done, but the run was interrupted, and ultimately ended, by the occurrence of noise-induced TF inversion and noise problems on bus rogowski integrators (shots 15 and 17). We also had many fizzles.
