Another fight against fizzle and injection events due to the inherent
disruptivity of the program. All data was taken with Btop-Dbot-Gtop+Jbot.
The Acoil was reversed to negative polarity at shot #20.

A locked mode was obtained with +Acoil (shot #10) but this was early, so OH
current was low. 2 pulses with full +Acoil and no LM were obtained (Shots 2
and 6).

With -Acoil currents LMs were obtained in all successful shots (20, 21l 24, 25, 26
and 29) but many were late locked modes when the OH current was >24000A (the range
where most of the data was obtained) and so these pulses could be counted as no
locked mode in some senses.

Further analysis is now needed to attempt to remove the effect of the intrinsic
error variation. In terms of further runs, data at -Acoil currents and nl04>2.5e20
is needed. Also more complete data is needed with +Acoil currents and nl04~1.4e20.
Finally data with Dbot+Dtop-Jtop-Jbot is desirable.

Summary--------------------------------------------------------------------
Started the run from shot 1040408019.
The machine ran reasonably well until the last few shots, and the run was
relatively uneventful. The high density shots at the end of the run seemed to
require a lower-than-normal BR_0 as for similar shots at the end of run 1040408.

For this run as for the previous run at these conditions (1040408), there were
frequent disruptions at the end of the shot and during rampdown due to
injections, density, and locked modes.

For most of the day, density feedback was via the z-meter because of
vibration problems that prevented access to real-time TCI data for feedback.
then used preprogrammed gas puff for shots 016-032.

For start up.
There were problems with startup for run 1040408. Br was lower than normal.
That setup fizzled on the first shot of run 1040409, and Br and Bz were adjusted
to more common values.
To start this run, use segment 1 from 1040409002.

(a) Obtain obtain error field threshold with +Btop-Dbot-Gtop+Jbot. This will necessarily be a
low density ~1.5e20 because with this phasing the A-coil opposes the intrinsics error

(b) Obtain further data on error field thresholds with -Btop+Dbot+Gtop-Jbot. Both at intermediate and higher
densities (~2.5e20)

(c) Obtain error field thresholds with +/-(Dtop+Dbot-Jtop-Jbot)
