| We will run several cycle tests to:
. make sure the diborane puff procedure is adequate . check diborane puffing rates . check RGA response to the diborane puffs . evaluate changes to TF scanner program (integration time) |

| gas puff:
100 to 200 400 to 500 800 to 1000. Results: looks good. Very clear steps seen in MKS gauges (5.22 mTorr peak) good before/after RGA data |

| The PLC program did not initially allow us to go through a purge cycle with the TR4 regulator pressure set to 11 psi (it's usually 33 psi). Joe and Yuri were able to modify the program to accept the lower pressure setting. The good reading level was reduced from 20 to 8 psi so that 11 psi is now acceptable.
We successfully puffed B2D6 into the machine and saw it clearly on the MKS gauges and the RGA. Very clean spectrum of diborane seen on RGA with approx right ratio of diborane lines to helium peak. Shots 002, 003, and 004 have different pulse waveforms for the gas with the longest pulse on shot 004 from 100 to 1000 ms. About 30 Torr-l/s. |

| gas puff:
100 to 1000 ms mks peak pressure of 11.3 mTorr --- nice linear rise RGA before/after data looks very good approx rate (80% He + 20% B2D6) = 11.3e-3 Torr * 4060 l / 0.9 s = 50.97 Torr-l/s |

TR4 set to 11 psi (usually 33 psi) GV1 closed with bypass at 270 clicks GV2 should toggle closed in check and stay closed for 300 s diborane puff has been programmed as: on 100 to 200 ms off 200 to 300 on 300 to 500 off 500 to 600 on 600 to 1000 Results: TC3 to 7 mTorr Very clear diborane spectrum seen on the rga Before/after RGA data looks good MKS gauges peak at 9.9 mTorr at 1.25 s No rise seen until about 200 ms |
