setup:

gv1 and gv2 set to toggle closed for 5 minutes
200 clicks on sv4
puffing helium

igt pressure 6.8e-4 Torr

results:

looks very similar to shot 3, but now the levels are staying up since the gatevalves are closed.

Note that mass4 and mass3 are decreasing slightly, but mass 2, 18, 28, are increasing.

before m3/m4: 0.61

with gatevalves closed, much higher mass 4 level

after m3/m4: 8.7e-9/2.2e-6=.004

some saturation of RGA at the 200 click level. Will drop to 175 for the next shot.

rga-1 trend data and before/after m3 values do not agree.

Observations:

. looks like rga_before data was sometimes being taken before gv1 closed
. rga_after data is being taken approx 240 s into store/recool as expected
. DNB firing drops vessel pressue from about 6.8e-4 to approx 4e-4 Torr (helium)
. changing RGA dwell from 60 to 5 ms may have improving timing of rga before data
. peak IGT pressure in D2 1.6e-3 Torr
. SV4 setting of 150 clicks seems good for ramped down plasmas, though RGA will probably be saturated following a disruption
. An SV4 setting of 125 clicks is essentially completely closed
. An SV4 setting of 135 gave 5e-9 Torr reading for mass 4 vs 7.7e-7 at 150 clicks
. autozero on RGA does not seem to affect measurements
