The goals of today's study are several -

1) repeat deposition profile measurements with resonance at 60 cm.
2) vary pressure to see if that optimizes the deposition rate
3) vary throughput (one vs 2 turbos)
4) Effect of 20% diborane.

We start this day by using He from the regular bottle through the diborane piezo. We can then tell if there are issues with the control of pressure. If we need to go to fixed gas rate (% piezo opening) we will figure it out then.
After that I would propose we open the diborane bottle and proceed with our experiments.

Cell will be closed at 8:30 today in preparation for the boronization tests

. cool down EF4s
. prepare S^3 for operation
. close cell and power room by 8:30
. secure power room and cell by 9:00 AM
. transport 20% diborone bottle to cell

. test diborane gas feedback system with helium purge gas
. measure profile with resonance at 60 cm.
. pressure scan
. vary throughput (one vs 2 turbos, run RGA-1)
. change to 20% diborane bottle and note effects

in order to establish zeros on the gauges, etc.

Blip is adjusting zeroes on gauges
Jul 2 2007 11:18:21:173AM1070702607Dennis WhyteThe manometer will not work properly with ECDC on,
so we'll have to rely on the convectron gauge back in S3
and the foreline pressure on TC6
