We managed 3 plasmas (shots 1, 8 and 21) with reasonable Ip. The third lasted the longest (400 msec), and had sawteeth, but was clearly quite dirty and resistive. Various field and gas tweaks were tried, and we had 3 sessions of ECDC during the run (10 minutes prior to shot 2, 30 minutes prior to shot 9 and 20 minutes prior to shot 25). It is not clear that ECDC helped.

For future between-shot ECDC during startup, I suggest trying a change in the dwell to move it off the inner wall, perhaps R=70 cm or larger.

Following each plasma, the RGA showed increases on all the usual masses (hydrocarbons/water, CO, CO2, BF3), with some improvement from one plasma to the next.
