Run plan: (similar to run 1100702)

Start from 1100702001, 5.4 T, 800 kA, nl=0.8e20 m^-2. If we find excessive heating on GH or K limiter, or on the ramped divertor tiles, we may change to an inner wall limited discharge, or raise the density.

We will start with the antennas running at separate times with J
receiving a larger fraction of the available time. If the antennas behave reasonably, we will overlap all the antennas.

Depending on the progress of conditioning (number of faults, max voltage and power handling, antenna cross-coupling, etc), we may vary plasma density, current, plasma shape, and outer gap.

If the H/D level is still rather high, we will raise B field in order for PCI to see the mode conversion layer.

Follow the SL plan for staging the ICRF, concentrating on getting J-port
working reliably. Vary target plasma parameters to taste (of SL). Depending
on H/D, we may raise the B-field to see MC in PCI.

D and E antennas have been conditioned up to 1.5 MW each, and ran overlapped.
J antenna have been reasonably good up to 1 MW level, but struggling beyond this power level.

H/(H+D) started below 10% (and H-modes were obtained), then rose to 20% later in the day.

The machine ran well today, and some slow progress was made
on the RF conditioning, but J-port is still struggling. On the 
first couple of shots we actually got some heating from D and E,
and got some brief H-modes. The H fraction came up over the course
of the run, and the heating pretty much went away. The 
best shot from J port was the last, which managed some
sustained operation at 1.2MW. D and E ran separately around 1.5MW,
but were having trouble running together.  

We ran 800kA, 8e19, LSN discharges all day. I played a little with
sweeping the strike point up the plate to spread what heat there was.
After starting at 5.4T, we changed to 5.8T at shot#4 for the PCI, and
left it at that value the rest of the day. 

Cooling was slow, and at shot#10 we moved the f.d. off gate to 1.8sec
so that full shots wouldn't go back to 5.4T and increase the I2t,
since we were strongly double swinging anyway. The coax resistance
was not affected by this change.

There was a critical init failure: TCI decoder INIT
bypassed and ran anyway.
plasma disrupts at 1.55sec, looks normal except we don't get tci data.
Feedback signal to DPCS is ok, although it didn't zero itself
correctly; looks like the software baseline subtraction worked. 
Neuts/hards may be from previous shot; that's in TCI sigs as well.
RF better than previous, longer period at 1MW on J before it
loses it.
