Segment 1 changes:
Extend seg1 pg3 puff to 0.1sec, reduce from 70V to 50V
Reduce pg4 from 28 to 25msec
Segment 2 changes:
Reduce TF_CURRENT from 159733. to 141.7e3 (5.1T)
Add PG2 (B-side Upper, He3) puff from 0.2 to .35sec
Consider increasing early nl04 program or adding pg3 to avoid density dip
at .25 sec.

Proceed according to SL plan. Probably will need a locked mode calibration
shot at some point; it's in segment 3, but need to check that the
argon puff is from h-bot and the neon is off.
