| We investigated plasma response to each antenna and power
compatibility limits in H-mode. The core Mo XXXII was significantly lower for FA-J antenna compared with either D or E antennas. We were able to couple <3.5 MW reasonably well but had significantly more difficulty at 4 MW and above. We began a current scan to investigate core Mo response but at 0.5 MA we did not achieve H-mode. |

| Physop Summary for 1120125
Today was a continuation of the post-boronization ICRF recovery run interrupted yesterday by the alternator air switch problem. We had a few issues during the day. Two duds were caused by EF1 power supply failures. Gary fixed this by power cycling a cabinet in the control room. An earlier fizzle was not associated with any particular problem and resolved itself on the following shot with no DPCS changes. Many Fe injections and a disruption were caused during the strike point sweep from the divertor slot onto the vertical divertor plate. The injections came in as the strike point crossed the lower tile(s) of the divertor plate. Slight changes in ZXL and RXL programming (5mm change each) were able to correct this problem. |
