Run summary for 30 April 1993:

EF1U&L successfully operated at up to 12 kA under PLC current control.

EF1U successfully operated under hybrid pre-programmed voltage control AND
feedback control using the bus rogowski, AND feedback control using
the gradient of vertical field.

EF1L voltage control does not work. Reason unknown

EF1U&L successfully commutated and crobarred.


OH1 successfully operated at up to 17 kA under PLC current control.

OH1 voltage control does not work. Fix is probably known.

OH1 commutation failed (only one shot attempted).


Extensive comments have been made in the logbook (thanks Earl). Tomorrow's
run will pick up with OH2U&L, EF3, EF4...
