previous (3.2 from 2 requested.) Hybrid is not ready so we are moving
on to EF3.

Installed "bell" on buss.
Replaced AFOL rcvr for oh2 u,l with the one from the chopper.
Plan for next shot -- commutate oh2u,l (at least one won't work)
and verify programming of oh2 to digitizer. Under PLC control.
