Same wall preparation as yesterday, but the wall condition
was definitely not the same, according to Horne's scatter plot.
Worked on plasma rampdown to get rid of uncontrolled plasma
loss at the end of the shot. Plasma was programmed to terminate
on the inner wall by pushing it in with EF3. The RF limiter
was moved in to R=0.88m for two shots (27 and 28) which were
both very disruptive. Will need to work on discharge development
for McCracken's run (MP018). The pellet valve was allowed to
open on the last shot, with the predictable result (fizzle).

good shot, rf arced except at end where power is lower.
rf is being run from -20 to 400 ms. the power is very low and should
not be seen by anyone or affect anything. it is being stepped in power
during the pulse. it arcs except at the beginning and end of the
pulse where the the power is lowest.
