We want to push the database for ohmic confinement to higher current and
density. We also want to take advantage of the OH double swing to get
longer pulses/flat-tops.

More specifically, we will try to put a small ramp on Ip until about
.5 seconds - in hopes that will allow us to take up gas and ramp the
density.

We will start (approximately) with shot 930921019.
