Engineering setup for Friday, 991105:

The run is scheduled to begin at 08:00 and end at 16:00.

Overnight boronization with ECDC in boron/helium followed by pure helium,
stopping at least 1 hour before the run.

Power system setup as on 991104025

Note: Fizzle detector should be on from t=0.08 to 1.7 s; short delay for TF

Gas setup - fill B-top with 6 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled
fill B-side lower with 1 psi of Ar Hybrid DISABLED
fill B-side upper with 2 psi of Ne Hybrid DISABLED
fill C-side with 30 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled
leave J-bottom as is (pumped out) Hybrid DISABLED

RF should plan on maximum available power from D port, on at 0.6 seconds, off
at 1.0 second.

The following gate valves should be enabled, assuming no vacuum problems:

After we establish a discharge, increase I_p towards 1.4 MA, decrease B_t to
about 5.0 T, and decrease the density to about nl_04=0.9e20, in an
attempt to get H-modes for pedestal asymmetry measurements.

If RF induced H-modes cannot be obtained, we will also consider attempting to get ohmic
H-modes by ramping the TF down as far as possible at Ip=1MA.

After these attempts, the run will switch (by 11:30, at the latest) to
