Power system setup as on 991104025 Note: Fizzle detector should be on from t=0.08 to 1.7 s; short delay for TF Gas setup - fill B-top with 6 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled fill B-side lower with 1 psi of Ar Hybrid DISABLED fill B-side upper with 2 psi of Ne Hybrid DISABLED fill C-side with 30 psi of D2 Hybrid enabled leave J-bottom as is (pumped out) Hybrid DISABLED RF should plan on maximum available power from D port, on at 0.6 seconds, off at 1.0 second. If RF induced H-modes cannot be obtained, we will also consider attempting to get ohmic H-modes by ramping the TF down as far as possible at Ip=1MA.
