Forum location The Alcator C-Mod group is located at building NW17 at 175 Albany Street on the northwest side of the main MIT campus in Cambridge (see the MIT map.)  The PSFC is accessible via car, taxi or public transportation.  We are a 10 minute walk from either the Kendall or Central stops on the subway red line. Visitors by auto to the PSFC can obtain permits for nearby parking (map). Please contact us if you would like to obtain a parking pass for your visit. Local lodgings Travelers have many options regarding accommodations, including Le Meridien Cambridge, which is located only a short walk away from the PSFC. MIT rates are sometimes available.
