Note: to accommodate
schedule restrictions of some speakers, several talks have been assigned to
sessions of an unrelated task force. For
example, Snipes’ proposal for Parametric dependence of the 2nd HarmonicAlfven
Cascade belongs to the MHD physics group but is presented in the session for
Lower Hybrid. The MHD Physics task force
still `owns’ this Idea and is responsible for prioritizing it relative to other
