go to \\alcpc1\Presentations\IDEAS2002
drag your presentation there and make sure it is named "Ideas02_your-last-name_first-two-words-in-ideas-title.ext", where "ext" is the appropriate extension (.pdf, .doc, or .ppt).

If you are going to do this from a MAC, then

ftp to alcpc1.psfc.mit.edu.
login or set User ID to "presenter" (no quotes)
you should know the password, if you do not, then contact me (terry@psfc.mit.edu)
if you're using Fetch, then don't fill in the Directory box
after you are connected, you should find the directory whose name is IDEAS2002, open it
"put" your presentation there with the name the file "Ideas02_your-last-name_first-two-words-in-ideas-title.ext", where "ext" is the appropriate extension (.pdf, .doc, or .ppt).

If you are going to do this from outside the PSFC Network and not using a MAC, then

ftp to alcpc1.psfc.mit.edu.
login as "presenter" (no quotes)
if you do not know the password, then contact me (terry@psfc.mit.edu or ph 617-253-8637)
