I am interested in a variety of basic and applied physics related to terahertz/millimeter-wave generation and the interaction of waves with electron beams and plasmas

Photonic Band Gap Structures

  • High-frequency accelerator cavities based on photonic band gap (PBG) technology

High-Power Millimeter Waves

  • Formation of self-organized plasma arrays in millimeter-wave breakdown
