This case is a duplicate of Bonoli's TRANSP09 with the simulation time extended from 0.33 s to 1.00 s
and using a negative lobe in the n|| spectrum. The experimental ICRF power, cutoffs and all,
was used during this run. No temperature prediction was used making it slightly different from
TRANSP 2184.
