This case is a duplicate of TRANSP 2190
with a different n|| spectrum. This case removes the second forward lobe from TRANSP
2190 and adds a negative lobe. This is a fairly realistic spectrum for the C-Mod grill with a phasing of
around a 120 degrees. Again the reverse shear is lost significantly sooner than in the TRANSP 2190
case. The second forward lob at high n|| tends to increase the number of electrons in
the tail of the distribution function. This makes the main lobe have an easier time damping.
