This case fixes bogus TRANSP 2195. It uses 50 rays, TORIC, and equilibrium solver VMEC6.
Reverse shear is maintained throughout. q never drops below 2. Has a bootstrap fraction typically 0.16.
LH current still a little jumpy, but not nearly to the extent it was before.
