This case is a duplicate of 2212 testing a more modern namelist.
It seems to work fine and will possibly be used as a template in runs after TRANSP 2246.
The bootstrap fraction is considerably lower in this run at 0.115, and the q profile is also modified.
I think this has to do with turn on time of the LH. Need to change the LH on time to 0.15 s like 2212 to check. Also need
to include the option to run with more zones, that is, increase spatial resolution.
