This case is a duplicate of 2212, based on Bonoli's TRANSP 08.
It is simply an attempt to get missing mapping variables from runs duplicated TRANSP 09.
It works, so it seems the way to go is to use the modern namelist from TRANSP 2236
and base runs on TRANSP 08.
