This case modifies the density profile of TRANSP 2245 moving the H-mode in to a radius of r/a=.5.
The central density is set to 2e20. The LHCD has problems, at times cutting out completely. This probably has to do with the
steep slope of the barrier. Need to retry with a softer slope.
