Comments:

This run is a first attempt to create a temperature barrier by inputting chi profiles for ions and electrons. Things appear to work quite well. Results are not wild at all. It seems possible to create a barrier by tweaking the chi's. The average bootstrap fraction is 0.28 and the peak value is 34%. This run has great potential. For more information about the run see the input namelist.

After t=0.2s the chi profiles for both electrons and ions are set as follows.
