Comments:
This simulation is a rerun of 2211 using the improved namelist and based upon
a fresh load of sources. The LH current is amazingly stable. The effect of the density on the LHCD is
still apparent. The bootstrap fraction has an average of 0.22 and peaks out
at 27%, significantly higher than 2211. Results look great.
