Comments:

A duplicate of 2303 testing the sensitivity to LH spectrum. Since this run and 2303 use the same chi profile the tempuratures should be identical and the only variable is the LH power spectrum. In this case the J, q, and T profiles are almost all identical. This result indicates that the difference in temperature profile is the main cause for the difference in q in shots 2279/2292 and 2283/2291. This needs to be studied further.
