Comments:

This is a duplicate of 2309 using the NCLASS model. There should not be any bootstrap on axis. This is the first of a long series of runs with the goal of reducing the bootstrap on axis. NCLASS typically lowers the bootstrap fraction by 5%. Max fbs=56%, average=45%. For more information about the run see the input namelist.
