Comments:

This is a duplicate of 2315, but with the ICRF heating moved off axis to try and get rid of the temperature gradient. This seems to have no real impact on the gradient. Bootstrap fractions are similar to previous cases with NCLASS. Max fbs=56% and avg fbs=46%. For more information about the run see the input namelist.
