Comments:

This is a duplicate of 2341 with slightly smaller steps in the ray path and increasinging the smoothing over velocity bins in Dql (3 to 9) There isn't a real big change in the result. Looking very closely on axis shows that the lhabs from LSC is a little different from the LH used in TRANSP. For more information about the run see the input namelist.
